Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Consultant

Paul Jackson is an employment consultants providing specialist loss of earnings reports, vocational assessments, vocational rehabilitation, career forecasts and employment research to support litigation. He has been practising since 1991, providing support services to legal professionals specialising in personal injury, medical negligence and employment litigation.

He can offer a free initial consultation in order to determine and clarify potential instructions whilst also providing an accurate budget estimate.

Employment Reports

Paul provides expert witness reports for the Courts, dealing with any employment issue. He can report on any occupation.

Vocational Rehabilitation

Paul aims to assist clients to return to work after injury or illness. His role is to assess the client’s realistic goals, help them to decide on future work, provide support and manage the process.

Vocational Assessment

Paul provides an objective analysis of a person’s abilities, aptitudes, occupational interests, and transferable skills. This enables him to identify realistic work options. He normally provides some formal assessment methods in his Vocational Rehabilitation Programme. Paul can also include an assessment within an expert employment report for use in Court.

Research and Information Services

Paul provides shorter reports where the parties do not have permission for an expert report. These provide factual information on the local labour market data such as:

  • Unemployment rates
  • Duration of unemployment
  • Vacancy examples
  • Local and regional earnings (GB)
  • National earnings from the 1980s (GB, Northern Ireland and Eire)
  • Graduate employment prospects and salaries
