Our Senior Experts are qualified as Single Joint Experts by the Law Society and as such understand that their overriding duty is to the Court. They work on an equal ratio between Claimant, Defendant and SJE Cases and produce comprehensive, unbiased Reports for the Courts, which can be tailored to suit individual requirements.
Assessment of Claimants
Patients with severe disabilities usually require a home visit. Members of the team travel all over the Country to assess Claimants including to Scotland and Southern and Northern Ireland.
They assess Claimants in schools, residential units and hospitals as well as at home. Claimants may also be examined at our Clinic Consulting Rooms at the White House Clinic or at similar location around the country.
Medico-legal Reports
We have vast experience in preparing separate Reports on 'Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Issues', 'Aids and Appliances' and on 'Nursing and Care Requirements'.
We prepare Reports to suit specific requirements ranging from a very short eight to ten page Preliminary Report to a Joint Multi-Disciplinary Report of approximately sixty to eighty pages in length covering several different Disciplines including Nursing Care, Therapy Needs, Rehabilitation Cost and Aids and Equipment.
Reports can be also prepared on Professional Physiotherapy or Nursing Negligence Cases either following assessments or from the Notes and Medical Records.
If required urgent Reports are prepared at extremely short notice to comply with the strict time-scales imposed by the Courts. We undertake Reports on an equal ratio between Claimant, Defendant and Single Joint Expert Cases.
