Andrew Tee is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with 35 years’ experience in the design and construction but in particular the assessment and repair of building structures and facades. For the last 20 years most of my work has focused on the various type of building facades to include, for example, curtain walling, rainscreen and metal panel cladding, windows, glazing and those facades constructed from traditional concrete and masonry.
Andrew Tee of Tee Technical provides a specialist survey, investigation and consultancy service for building surveyor, property owner, property investor and lawyer clients. These services relate to due diligence, dilapidations assessment, asset management, defect analysis and expert witness activities associated with the structure and facades of existing and new buildings.
Andrew Tee is an accredited expert witness member of the Academy of Experts acting as an expert advisor and expert witness on numerous occasions having prepared reports on matters relating to building defects and facades. I am familiar with Part 35 of the Civil Procedures Rules, attending Experts Meetings and have presented evidence both in mediation, tribunals and court with experience of being cross-examined.
