Specializing in Lower Limb Orthopaedics and Trauma
Mr. Marston qualified from St Thomas’ hospital in 1985. He was appointed Consultant to St.Mary’s Hospital, London W2 in October 1995.
After 20 years he went into full time private practice at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth, where he was head of the Hip and Knee Units and ran the Trauma Unit. His Practice is now based at the King Edward VII Hospital in London.
His special interest is lower limb orthopaedics and trauma, particularly hip and knee arthroplasty.
He is instructed by solicitors acting for NHS Resolution and the Medical Defence Union. He is also an expert witness in metal on metal hip replacement litigation.
He provides detailed review of notes, uses plain English and writes for the benefit of the court.
