A founding partner of Overford, Mr Guy Jackson is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in the construction and engineering industry. His expertise covers professional negligence, contractual disputes, contract administration issues and costs disputes.
He undertakes expert witness instructions in all cases relating to quantum matters in construction and is fully conversant in all forms of formal dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication and arbitration. He also has Technology and Construction Court (TCC) experience.
Mr Jackson has regularly been appointed to provide expert quantum reports with instructions from solicitors, party direct or as a court appointed single joint expert. He has been subjected to cross examination on several occasions.
All reports are CPR Part 35 compliant, easy to read and logically structured so as to provide a clear logical analysis of the subject matter.
Mr Jackson holds an expert witness training certificate issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
