Forensic Document and Handwriting Examiner
Employed and trained by Grampian Police, Dr Evelyn Gillies is now an independent Handwriting and Document Examiner, accepting work from individuals, companies and lawyers.
She holds the Forensic Science Society (now the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences) Diploma in Document Examination.
Dr Gillies has worked on a wide variety of cases from fraud to murder and as an independent examiner has carried out work for clients throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle and Far East.
She undertakes regular QA trials and attends international conferences on Handwriting and Document Examination.
