Michael J Redmond is Managing Partner of Surrey-based RICS Chartered Building Surveying practice Redmond & Associates.
With an academic and professional background in residential and commercial property, Michael has over 35 years of post qualification experience and a passion for all types of property – with additional specialisms in listed and historic buildings.
Michael has extensive expert witness experience in residential and commercial property matters, preparing expert witness reports for court and attendance at court in property related matters.
Michael has expertise in boundary and contractors disputes, housing disrepair, accommodation reports, providing residential and commercial surveys, valuations, party walls, asbestos matters, defect diagnosis, listed and historic buildings and architectural services.
The format of his report will be governed by the courts Civil Procedure Rules (Part 35) and any Practice Directions. Additionally the report will aim to give impartial relevant opinion as to the evidence, assist in establishing relevant facts, identify issues that may require decisions by the court and explore areas where agreement may be possible.
