Mr Paul Greenyer can act as an expert witness, including the preparation of expert reports and appearing in court, in cases relating to disputes in the garden and landscape industry.
These include issues regarding standards, quality of construction, workmanship and contractual issues relating to Terms and Conditions and CDM Regulations.
Mr Greenyer is an Accredited Evaluative Mediator for Civil and Commercial Disputes. He provides Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 reports, statements of opinion, preliminary reports and distance reports.
Mr Greenyer can take instructions on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
