Mr Ian Lancaster has over 30 years experience in the authentication and secured document sector. He is a globally recognised expert on authentication and anti-counterfeiting for documents and products.

He acts as an expert witness, including the preparation of expert reports and giving evidence in court, in cases relating to his specialist areas of expertise. These include:

• Document examination: banknotes, passports, other ID documents and credit cards, labels, tax stamps
• Optical security features: holograms, DOVIDs, optically changing ink, other optically variable features

Mr Lancaster can take instructions on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
