Mr Philip Morris has over thirty-five years’ experience working within the construction industry, with over twenty-three years in the capacity of a Chartered Architect.
Mr Morris has extensive experience working in the residential sector on domestic housing, care/extra care, high-rise domestic and commercial buildings, as well as on complex building refurbishment/new build to domestic and commercial buildings while still in occupation/use.
He also has experience of working within both urban, suburban and conservation areas on listed and historic buildings.
His MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration, combined with his Chartered Architect professional standing, and experience as a Carpenter and Joiner provides a comprehensive breadth of knowledge and experience. This experience, all give a 'three-pronged interface’ into the broad and varied field of construction and construction law.
Mr Morris can act on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
