Construction Quantity Surveyor & Quantum Expert

Mr Kevin Daunt is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 30 years’ construction experience in commercial, education, healthcare, justice, industrial, mixed-use, retail, infrastructure and residential buildings.

Mr Daunt has significant hands-on experience in numerous forms of contract, including JCT, NEC, PFI, IChemE and bespoke main and subcontract forms.

He has acted as Expert Advisor in a £150M High Court proceeding brought under the Building Safety Act 2022 in a high-rise mixed residential development in London. He has been responsible for managing projects up to the value of £500 million.
