A director of Vospers Friend & Falcke Chartered Surveyors & Valuers, Mr Nick Hanson has over 30 years experience of commercial and residential investment market practice, including valuation of most property assets and providing pre-acquisition building condition reports for both residential homebuyers and commercial occupiers.
Mr Hanson is trained by Legal Experience Training and has extensive knowledge of CPR and FPR requirements with regards to court and instructing parties.
He has undertaken expert witness instructions, including the preparation of expert reports and giving evidence in court, in cases relating to a variety of dispute types, particularly valuation and minor building disputes. He has experience of presentation at court including RCJ and various regional county courts.
Mr Hanson can act on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
