Consultant ENT Surgeon
Mr Todd Kanzara is a Consultant ENT Surgeon with experience in both NHS and private practice. His clinical interests include voice and swallowing disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and head and neck cancer, alongside general adult and paediatric ENT conditions.
In addition to his medical training, Mr Kanzara holds an LLB (Hons) qualification and is a certified expert witness. This combined clinical and legal background provides a strong understanding of medico-legal principles, report structure and the standards expected in expert instruction.
Mr Kanzara undertakes medico-legal work in both medical negligence and personal injury cases, acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. His experience includes noise-induced hearing loss (including military claims) tinnitus, hearing loss and nasal injuries.
Mr Kanzara has undergone specialist expert witness training with Bond Solon and completed Expert Witness Certification through Inspire MediLaw and the University of Strathclyde. He is well versed in the requirements of CPR Part 35.
Reports are typically completed within two to four weeks, depending on the volume of medical records requiring review.
