Mr Robert Lovell has been a Consultant Spine Surgeon since 2010 and has over 15 years’ experience in medicolegal reporting for both personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
He is experienced in giving evidence in court court and is fully conversant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR 35), the Practice Direction (PD35) and the Pre-Action Protocols.
Mr Lovell is the medicolegal lead for a tertiary referral spinal unit and its referring hospitals and is a medical case reviewer for Nuffield Health nationwide.
His clinical and medicolegal practice includes spinal trauma, fractures, whiplash, back pain, cauda equina syndrome, cancer, infection, myelopathy and degenerative conditions.
