Having qualified in 1994, Dr Deb Liberman is a practising GP with 32 years of experience in medicine and 26 years in General Practice.
She is competent to accept clinical negligence instructions in all aspects of general practice. She has particular interests in women’s health, child health, cancer diagnosis, mental health, care of the elderly and prescribing.
Dr Liberman has decades of clinical experience across the depth and breadth of general practice, including telephone triage, home visits, dealing with laboratory reports, referrals and prescribing.
She is appraised, revalidated and on the GMC register. Her medical indemnity insurance is with the MPS.
Dr Liberman has written numerous medical reports for the coroner, as well as reports for personal injury and insurance claims as part of her GP work. She also regularly prepares reports for social services and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
She has completed a Bond Solon course in report writing. She takes a fair and balanced approach and draws upon her extensive knowledge of general practice to provide thorough and comprehensive expert opinions.
She can provide expert opinions relating to any aspect of GP care, including cardiology, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, neurology, surgery, urology, orthopaedics, ophthalmology and ENT.
Her current role is as a GP in a large, busy city practice serving an area of high deprivation. She is the cancer lead doctor at her practice and regularly attends regional meetings.
